I had a great time at this hotel, especially due to its unbeatable location just steps from the central station. My room was surprisingly spacious and cozy, providing a comfortable base for exploring the city. The breakfast offered a wonderful variety of options, ensuring a good start to my day. However, the air conditioning in my room wasn't very effective, which made the heat a bit uncomfortable at times.

It was just a nice choice for a short stay in Antwerp with real value for money. The breakfast was better than most other European hotels I’ve had. Start your day early as everything closes by 5pm.

we stayed at keyser on new year's eve, and the location was perfect! we heard the fireworks, and it was so close to the buzzing atmosphere. the standard double room was comfy and cozy for a cold night. plus, it was great being just a short walk from the train station.

Had a spacious room with excellent lighting perfect for winding down after a day out. The location is unbeatable, just a stone's throw from everything you want to see. Plus, the huge bathtub in the bathroom made for a nice relaxing soak at the end of the day.

Great spot near the station!

We stayed for 3 nights and loved the location, super close to the train station. The junior suite had awesome patio balconies overlooking Keyserlei. The bed was super comfy too! Had breakfast in the bar area, which was nice, but the heating in our room could’ve been better. It took a bit to warm up.

The experience started rocky with a room that didn’t match what was booked, featuring an unswept carpet and bits of trash scattered around. Multiple room changes were a hassle. the second room had broken AC and no hot water. The beds felt more like wrestling mats than a comfortable sleeping arrangement. The window in that new space wouldn't shut all the way, letting in a parade of street noise from rowdy groups and traffic. Not a great setup if you expect restful nights. The bathroom had limited safety features for getting in and out of a cramped tub. definitely not accessible for those with mobility issues.
